Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom Orders: Processing times vary based on the complexity of the order. Most custom orders are completed and shipped within 7–14 business days. You will be notified if additional time is required.

Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

For custom orders, delivery estimates begin after the processing time is complete.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays with carriers.

Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also track your order directly from your account page if you’re a registered user.

Lost or Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at winniemommaseams@gmail.com with your order number.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Address Changes

Ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 24 hours at winniemommaseams@gmail.com
